1941 Willys Coupe
You won’t find another car anywhere that has this paint. This is a 1941 Willys Coupe done by John Clausen of Sedan Minnesota. He had blended the paint himself to come up with the color. This is a fiberglass car that he got as a kit. That means all the hardware and parts had to be hand fabricated because you can’t find Willys parts anywhere. The headlights you can get for $600 apiece and the grille is available for $800. All the other parts Clausen had to fabricate himself. The hood hardware were all his fabrication and the headliner had to be done by special mold to his specification. He also had to hand fabricate the dash, center console and shifter.
John mentioned that this ’41 Willys is the June Snap-On Tool Calender car. Click here to log in to Facebook and vote for it as Best Street Rod.
