Hershey Swap Meet
You can’t help but notice the prevailing scent of candy chocolate in the air where ever you go here in Hershey, Pennsylvania. That overpowering Chocolate smell was all over the giant Hershey Swap Meet as we trekked through the fields of antique and classic auto parts. As Forrest Gump might note, “Hershey is a giant box of treasure. You never know what you might find.” That’s the way it was here today.
The Hershey Swap Meet is one of the oldest and largest antique flea markets in the world. Here you’ll find some of the rarest antique car parts you can find anywhere. Many a collector will spend days scouring the fields of parts and accessories here at Hershey.

The history of the Hershey Swap Meet and Car Show dates back to the 1950’s. It was started when Hershey area members of the Antique Automobile Club of American (AACA) petitioned the national AACA to be recognized as a regional club. After that a small show started at the stadium which grew over the years to be what it is today. But even in the 1970’s the Hershey Car Show was known all over the United States as the world’s largest antique auto event.
