2021 Iola Car Show and Swap Meet
We are here at the 2021 Iola Car Show and Swap Meet in rural Iola, Wisconsin this weekend. This is where the tried and true, hard core collectors go to find old car parts. It is the last bastion of Americana. You never know what treasures you’ll find here. The Iola Car Show reflects the American dream. So much of who we are is wrapped up in the things we did and things we experienced. Most of our dreams revolve around the cars we loved. That’s why there is an Iola Car Show.
Our favorite displays from the 2021 Iola Car Show include the Blue Ribbon Concours and the Lindsay Collection Showroom. But there are cars displayed all over the north end of the 300-acre grounds. Here is some of what we saw displayed here on Saturday:
The tiny rural Iola, Wisconsin community will be overrun by 120,000 collectors and spectators from all over the Midwest and Canada this weekend. It is one of the largest swap meets in the world with 4,200 vendor spots on 300 acres of grassy slopes. It takes days just to go through the parts meet. In addition, there will be 2,200 cars on display.
