Auburn Cord Dusenberg Festival 2022
The Auburn Cord Dusenberg Festival 2022, September 1-3, in Auburn, Indiana celebrates the automotive history of the area with America’s Premier Automotive Festival. This is where the Auburns, Cords and Dusenbergs were built and sold. The Auburn Cord Duesenberg company headquarters are still here and are now an art deco museum. The ACD Festival starts on Friday as participants register and enjoy an informal swap meet at the ACD Museum, the sight of the original company headquarters. On Saturday there is a huge gathering of Auburns, Cords and Duesenberg’s in the park at Eckhart Park, followed by a parade through downtown Auburn to the Auburn City Square. The Gatsby Ball will be held on Saturday evening.
This year’s theme is “The Year of the L-29 Cord.” The Grand Marshal for the event will be Rick Dore, legendary car designer and builder.
The show is put on by the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Club which was founded in 1952 and currently boasts 1,800 members worldwide.
